Will Pepsi get sued?

Admittedly, my favorite Super Bowl commercial is the Diet Pepsi commercial with Jay Mohr, Jackie Chan, and Diet Pepsi.

I thought that same thing when I saw it!

Coke is probably thinking that any publicity is good publicity, and will let it go.
After all, they didn't bash Coke verbally; only smashed them for real!

Not a chance. There used to be a time when it was verboten to mention a competitors brand in a commercial. Remember the old RC Cola ads. They broke the mold with the "taste better than cokeorpepsi beep beep"

It was a good ad. I missed the Jessica Simpson one though. My favorite was the Magic Refrigerator!

I just saw the Commercial. It was a riot. My guess is that Coca Cola will let it go. I'm sure Pepsi had its legions of lawyers make sure they were on solid ground.
