Why is it that the TGV and Eurostar websites are so confusing? I have heard some great reports from people saying that if they purchase a TGV pass in the US, they will get a phone call from an agent offering them a deal to get the same amount of trips for a cheaper price. That is some amazing customer service if that's the case.
