London Nightspots?

I am working with a client planning a trip to London. She and her travel companion are more night owl types and are interested in nightspots they can visit and meet people, especially guys.

I'm familiar with the day-time, more touristy side of London - and I'm not really sure what good nightspots exist in London.

Help?
