Heh, heh. My ex was a chef and in some pretty upscale hotel dining rooms. You don't even want to know the stories about various things employees did with undressed poultry for entertainment before they hit the pot or fryer, ultimately the patron's dinner plate. :huh:

Read it when it first came out. Loved it!
