After reading Terry Riley's article on Vocation Vacations, I have actually been to a few of those places mentioned, including Bigfork, Montana; Which he referred for Chefs. He does not know how right he was. Nice resort town with great places to eat of every kind of flavor. From south of the border to eurpoean establishments to down home cooking, you can find just about anything to wet the taste buds.
