According to Google maps, you go to NYC and hang a right and then straight on to Calais. Once you get ashore, head in a generally eastward direction, passing through Belgium and then into Germany. Follow the signs from there to Berlin and you are set. Of course, you can't leave until after posting a blog about your YTB experiences. :p
