50 best travel websites of 2007
According to The London Times

First things first. This is not a definitive list so sorry if your favourite site is not included. It is not comprehensive, very subjective and not an all-encompassing-list-of-every-travel-website-that-ever-was.
But it isn't a half-bad list for all that, a recognition of sites that have shown real innovation during 2007 and which have launched or improved their offerings to become truly worthy of being added to a favourites list.

I've been exploring some of the sites on the list. I like YAPTA.com a lot
I submitted details of three trips that I've already got tickets for.
In all three instances, the cost would be higher to buy the same tickets today.
Most interesting is for the flight at Christmas time from Sarasota, FL to Newark.
I paid $228 and now that same trip is $423.
I'll keep a watch as the date gets closer.
